<span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="background-color: white;">70 gr zucchero,</span></span><br />
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="background-color: white;">100 g di strutto,</span></span><br />
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="background-color: white;">25 g sale,</span></span><br />
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="background-color: white;">un panetto di lievito di birra da 25 g,</span></span><br />
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="background-color: white;">circa 425 g di acqua, dipende dal grado di umidità della farina</span></span><br />
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="background-color: white;">1 tuorlo, </span></span><br />
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="background-color: white;">90 ml di latte.</span></span><br />

<span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="background-color: white;">potete fare a vostro piacimento; io, per esempio, ho preparato una parte con cipolle risaltate, salsa di pomodoro e ventricina piccante, mentre l'altra con spinaci mozzarella (versione light!).</span></span><br />

<span style="font-weight: normal;"><span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="background-color: white;">-Preparazione:</span></span></span></h2>
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="background-color: white;">In una ciotola versare i due tipi di farina, lo zucchero, il sale e lo strutto.</span></span><br />
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="background-color: white;">In un recipiente più piccolo far sciogliere il lievito di birra nell'acqua precedentemente riscaldata che successivamente verseremo nella ciotola delle farine.</span></span><br />
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="background-color: white;">Cominciare a mescolare; ho preferito impastare a mano, ma se risulta comodo, è possibile utilizzare l'impastatrice elettrica. </span></span><br />
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="background-color: white;">Una volta ottenuto un impasto liscio e uniforme, ricoprire con un canovaccio e lasciare riposare per un paio di ore al caldo. Il risultato è stato un ammasso gigantesco di pasta che fuoriusciva dal contenitore.</span></span><br />
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="background-color: white;">Creare dei panetti più piccoli dell'impasto e tirarli a 3 mm di spessore, dando forma circolare. </span></span><br />
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="background-color: white;">Condirli a piacimento e richiuderli, dando la forma tipica a mezza luna.</span></span><br />
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="background-color: white;">Prendere un bicchiere, versarci il latte, il tuorlo e mescolarli.</span></span><br />
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="background-color: white;">Prendere un pennello e spennellare il contenuto del bicchiere sul lato superiore delle cartocciate chiuse.</span></span><br />
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="background-color: white;">Mettere in forno a 200° per 15 minuti (forno preriscaldato), capovolgendole a metà cottura.</span></span><br />

<span style="font-family: inherit;">Ieri sera avevo voglia di cucinare qualcosa di particolare. Avevo a disposizione pochi ingredienti e poca voglia di sporcare la cucina!. Ad un certo punto mi ritorna in mente la ricetta delle polpettine afghane che avevo trovato qualche giorno fa. La ricetta originale vuole che le polpettine vengano lessate.... Stefania preferisce friggerle e sostituire la cannella con lo zenzero nell'impasto! Beh la preparazione é pressoché elementare ma il risultato é un capolavoro di sapori.
